Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Twitch Extension and related services provided by Mustached Maniac. By using the extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the extension.

1. Acceptable Use

The extension may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with Twitch’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and your local laws and regulations. You agree not to use the extension to:

• Engage in any activity that is abusive, threatening, unlawful, or harmful
• Interfere with the functionality of Twitch or other streaming tools
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your affiliation

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of the extension, including all interactions triggered through the extension and Streamer.bot. You agree to use the extension at your own risk and discretion.

3. Limitation of Liability

Mustached Maniac shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the extension.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mustached Maniac, its affiliates, and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use or misuse of the extension.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the extension at any time for any reason.

6. Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted.
